Staff was nice and friendly during my stay.

Good stay!

This hotel probably provides value. It is in a wonderful location. Our room was serviceable but had some issues: ---The toilet would not stop running unless the lid was off the tank. ---The toilet was not sealed tightly to the floor so it would rock when someone sat on it. ---The clock would lose about an hour a day (!!). The room was clean enough and the staff was competent and friendly. I would stay again in the hotel.

Close to everything you want to do in Chicago, right in the middle of the loop. Rooms are small but clean, we paid for sleep and location and that was what we got.

Room was clean and spacious. No breakfast or pool but helpful staff and close to so much!

The hotel has some positive and negative attributes. On the negative side it is a typical run down city hotel. Room was a bit run down hallways smelled and the bathroom was not stocked. On the plus side we had to exchange rooms and it happened seamlessly and the location of the hotel is just perfect for us.

The bathroom was dated and needed upkeep, the sink was broken, the towelrack was falling of the wall, there was no place to keep our toiletries. However the bed was nice and comfortable

The property was a little run down but the location to restaurants, shopping, Grant Park, etc was excellent. There was a bakery and coffee attached to the property which was outstanding. The manager on duty helped us hail a cab in the blazing heat which was so kind and greatly appreciated. Staff was wonderful!!

So much was good about our stay. The staff was exceptional. The location was convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would call out is that we stayed in an accessible room because I need a zero-entry shower for safety, but if I had been using a wheelchair, it would have been impossible to use it because the dispensers for the soap, shampoo, etc. were mounted so high on the walls that even standing up, I struggled to reach them. A little more thought is needed when organizing/designing accessible rooms for people who need them.

Staff was friendly & helpful. I’m glad the room had a refrigerator, but my only concern was there was no microwave in the room so you had to go down to the 1st floor to use a microwave in the lobby.
