Very nice hotel Very good location Very Satisfied

Like 1) strategic location 2) friendly housekeeping, front-desk & security staff 3) excellent food especially breakfast Dislike: 1) carpark is too far at Low Yat Plaza - it was raining during 1 of the days and we could not find any umbrella to borrow 2) rude kitchen staff during breakfast - a big Indian guy serving at the eggs counter was very rude to my son by shouting at him to wait for his turn even though my son did not shout/demand anything - such aggressive behaviour will cast a bad impression on tourists and local guests.

Very good location.

Great central location close to excellent shopping and transport easy access to outer ares of KL

IT IS IN THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE OF MALAYSIA. SO CLOSE TO MANY SHOPS AND OTHER THINGS
