The location is great; It is near Jalan Alor, Sungei Wang, Berjaya Time Square and Pavilion. Good access to food and shopping. What is disappointing from my last stay (Jan 26) and this one is NO housekeeping!! I left my room at 10am and when i return at 5pm, the room is still not cleaned Several other rooms have left their rubbish bins outside their rooms. I assumed their rooms have not been cleaned as well. Specify to this stay, there is a strong cigaratte smell in my room in the evening. I informed the receptionist on both nights but no action was taken. I think anyone standing in the corridor would be able to easily pinpoint the source of smoke.

Near Plaza Low Yat. There is also a lot of choice for food. The Cold Storage supermarket is a mere 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

For the room, to provide toothpaste and toothbrush, small soup.

Clean room, quiet & spacious. Ease to travel around as walking distance to MRT station and shopping malls.

Cleanliness, Amenities, Location: Room is clean and of comfortable size, kettle is available for the tea/coffee provided in the room, hot/cold water pressure and drainage in the shower room is great, hotel is conveniently located near shopping buildings as well as train stations. Also, the excellent breakfast spread.

Toilet did not flush properly, got locked out before 12 or checkout time.

24hrs security guard at hotel entrance make us feel saved

Room was as immaculately clean as it could be made, but carpet and furniture was old and kind of gross. Bed was fine and pillows were very good and bathroom was very nice and modern. Breakfast was excellent - a great assortment of options for all nationalities and staff was prompt and nice. Location is excellent and view from the room was beautiful. Would have given it a 10/10, but the rooms desperately need a refresh.

Good stay and good food
