The room felt musty.

Everything else was good just element plate the hot plate needs a note to show you how to use it that will be good to have I will be back again 153 thank you for having me there 90 out of 100

Helpful friendly staff.

A clean room and great people on staff. A warm welcome and airport pickup. I had issues with the TV but this was sorted quickly and they couldn't do enough. Oakwood is my 'go to' for overnight stays in Auckland both for domestic trips though Auckland and foreign travel. The people make this business. A great team!

Overall the room was clean, staff that worked there were kind to talk too, but we had no hot water for two days stay which was not ideal as we had to take an overseas flight the next day and the porter we had to ask him to help with luggage did not even offer knowing that we were two old ladies. Shocking that this happens in hospitality industry.

The motel is very convenient to the airport.. we had rentals cars, and parking was easy. The motel is convenient to the motor war way to et into Auckland. shops were a short drive.

The hotel was very handy to the airport for our group of 15. The staff were very helpful to arrange a shuttle from the airport late in the evening

It is near the airport and is fairly utilitarian. It served the purposed, but there is nowhere to eat around here apart from a few fast food chains
