Cost wise - if you are after an economical hotel with a free shuttle to the airport - this hotel is a good choice. However, you get what you pay for. The best things were the shuttle, which left for the airport as soon as all booked clients were aboard, the efficient staff and a relatively clean and spacious room, with a good shower. Our deluxe king room did have a/c which is good. The challenges were noisy patrons, which I understand may be outside the control of the property. There were a number of noisy talkers late at night / early morning and a neighbour listening to his device without headphones at 2am. Sound proofing was minimal. I expect this would be a regular issue. If you need to guarantee a good nights sleep before an early flight this may not be the best choice for you.

Room was nice and tidy, reception staff were helpful when arranging shuttle to the airport the following morning.

Good location and service. Handy to have a restaurant on site. As a repeat customer, I would return again in the future.

Convenient for late flight into Auckland and an early flight ✈️ out. Well priced

The property was fine and had everything you need but is very dated and needs a lot of repairs. Also one of our bedside lamps wasn’t working

It was a good place to stay. The gates used key card to enter and exit - good for safety. The room is average and matches the price. I did not use the shuttle service and the ironing had to be done in the shared facility as the room does not have an ironing board/ iron. Overall, a good stay and convenient location. Parking was infront of the room so it was good

Airport shuttle was great

Very good value for money. Only thing that spoiled our stay was several very noisy guests, still making noise well past midnight.

For a night sleep on the way home from Rarotonga it definitely beat hanging out in the airport overnight. The free shuttle pickup was fabulous and easy pickup and drop off. Shower was very good, some mould on ceiling of bathroom. Rooms are a bit grubby but bed was comfortable. The tiny milks really are only enough for one coffee in the morning. For the price I would stay again if same situation flying. A good scrub, hot chocolate sachets, extra milk and maybe a lick of paint would improve the stay.
