Haven’t been to SLS in years and much hasn’t changed but eveything is still nice, clean and weird in a good way. Still very expensive but service is great. Room is nice and comfortable an staff is very nice

The Ac was noisy and did not get fixed despite several requests. The sick was dripping water and had to be fixed. It looked moldy around the bathtub. House keeping was skipped one day. Restaurant at the rooftop had awful service but good food.
Front desk staff were really polite and helpful.

The property was amazing, great cost for location. It was very chic, reminded me of Cosmo in Vegas. The staff was very kind, helpful and professional. I LOVED the abundance of water bottles at the front desk so I never had to spend money on water. I appreciated the evening stops by the staff to see if we needed water and chocolate. Really great customer service. Loved the free shuttle too (within 3 mi radius). Drivers were always friendly.
The only downfall is the last 2-3 nights, our entire floor reeeeked of weed. Obviously that’s out of staff control but they did put air fresheners in the hallways to mitigate the smell. It was pretty bad but again, not the fault of the hotel staff.

極佳 Welcoming and helpful staff. The people at this hotel are the difference makers. Overall a great stay for fair price. Would visit again.
