Room and property was clean. AC didn't work that well. There were no slippers or robes in the room, but they were provided when I asked. The pool is small and nothing particularly impressive. The location is fine--across the street from a large mall. Overall, the stay was clean, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The lobby is impeccable but the rooms and hallways could stand to be updated. The carpet in the room was dusty. The staff was very helpful.

Check in is at 4pm, which is a little later than I would want. Restaurant was closed when I arrived around 2pm. Clean room, very comfortable bed.

Loved the location, staff was outstanding. Beds are always the most comfy ever. Food not as amazing as our Chicago Sofitel. Overnight valet crazy at $80 bucks.
10th floor patio was horrendous. Thought I was getting some version of a French patio with beautiful pots and furniture not even close. Was that dark concrete overhang that faced the noisy street. Thankfully, they were able to move us to a lesser category with double French doors overlooking the hills that was night and day for me.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sofitel! The staff was excellent, and the property is gorgeous and a great location. We also really loved the gym and pool area. My only critique is the room. I was expecting a more updated and larger room given the nightly rate, but other than that, it’s a great hotel!
