This family run business was truly fantastic. All the staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Our junior suite was super, to a high level of cleanliness and everything you could possibly need for our stay. Air conditioning in the junior suite and also the lounge made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel upstairs lounge and garden seating was extremely comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and again the staff were tremendous. Definitely going to return again and advising all of our friends to book a stay there as they will certainly not be disappointed at any level.

Location perfect for ABBA Voyage. 10 minute walk to Stratford Station one way and 15 minute direct walk to ABBA the other. Lovely reception staff and restaurant and bar. Spotlessly clean too. Nice beverage selection and comfortable bed. 100% recommended and we will return.

The hotel was good for our trip to see ABBA only 15min walk but if you are ladies on your own then get a cab. The staff were very helpful and on arrival we found out it was their 14th birthday so we received drinks and chocolates. If we needed a hotel in that area again I would be happy to book again.

Great one night stay

Great find . Clean , friendly and great breakfast

Warm welcome and pleasant greetings every time we went through reception. Room was nice, comfortable bed, though the air con did blow on the bed. Quiet. Room clean, breakfast was good but not amazing. Location worked well for us. Overall a great place and we'd stay again.

I had an amazing stay, for more than 2 weeks combined. It was very clean, well maintained, and very close to Stratford station, Westfield, etc.. What I appreciated most though was the staff, who always went above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible. From the staff at the reception, to the people cleaning the room, even a person that came to fix something in my room at some point. I cannot thank them enough. And should I need to stay in that side of London, the Westbridge will be at the top of my choices

Very clean, very spacious balcony. Staff helpful and friendly. Air con was ok. Shower was powerful but leaked, reception were noting repair as we left. Big car park less than 1 min walk away. Recommend the Pie Crust for delicious Thai food and a very warm welcome

So many good things about this hotel: I stayed in a junior suite (just a big bedroom, really!). It was lovely though - spacious, clean, good air con, decent sized bathroom. Really friendly staff, very cheerful and very helpful. The other positive was the gym - possibly the best equipped hotel gym I’ve used. The only downside: if you’re a light sleeper (like me), pack ear-plugs. The road is very noisy and doesn’t seem to let up at any point through the night, and every few minutes there’s a rumble which i guess is from a train line nearby, which actually made the bed shake. Nothing much the hotel can do about this, although double glazing might be a good start. Shame really as, other than that one issue, I loved this hotel!
