I had the biggest room booked for the best view. I paid extra for everything but at the day when I arrived at 2 nice booked I came in. I checked in on the Ac was on full low. I asked them to increase it and they said it’s working it’s just gonna take 15 minutes to start up and I kept just hearing 15 minutes every hour the Ac never turned on. It was too hot in the room open windows nothing worked ended up leaving, couldn’t stay the night.

Amazing place to stay in a great area. Will stay here again when in London.

Didnt use bar or restaurant , however, there was no bottled water in the roomand only 1 spare pillow

Very nice hotel, if slightly overpriced

Booked this hotel as it had a family room and wasn’t too far away from the ABBA voyage event. Clean, comfortable beds and it had air conditioning. Which was most welcome as we went to London during the heat wave. Great choice of breakfast on offer and the food was lovely. Would book there again.

Stated one night after a concert at London Stadium. Only one stop on the central line and a 15 minute walk. Really enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the adjoining restaurant

Room was immaculate! Everything you need. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was 10/10 and the 20% off was a lovely touch. For us the only down side was we found the bed a bit hard. Would we stay again ? Definitely

Make sure you have parking booked. I turned up and there was no record of my booking. This meant I had to find a space on the street in an unknown area. Rooms and hotel are well maintained but no glasses in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush and the sky light didn’t have blinds so we were woken up very early by the sun coming through. Rooms Expensive for what you get.

Really nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Only 4 stars because there’s no iron / ironing board in the rooms.

Really wonderful stay, great and well priced restaurant/bar downstairs.
