Located near airport. Good for business visit. Next to big mall with wide choose of restaurants. Specially for Indians a this mall has three Indian restaurants

Great breakfast. Friendly staff

Breakfast was great and always fresh. The AC worked very well, the room was clean, and the housekeeping team was very polite and professional. The only issue I faced during this stay was with one of the reception staff members, who was uncooperative and did not follow the reservation details correctly. The situation became frustrating to the point that I was considering cancelling my stay. However, the Duty Manager, Mr. Ahmed Said, handled the situation professionally and resolved everything in the right way. Also, during check-out, Mr. Yousof Motaz was very cooperative, efficient, and helpful. Overall, thanks to the support and professionalism of the management team, my experience ended positively.

Wonderful staff. From front desk to folks handling suitcases to cleaning crew. Place is kind of old it just needs some upgrade.

Staff is very friendly. Property is very clean and close to all amenities. Breakfast has a great selection. Room amenities are great.

Reception staff support needs to improve

Although we picked a non smoking room on a non smoking floor the entire floor stank of cigarette (and other) smoke. Room had clearly been smoked in as well and smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. Furniture was dated. Cleanliness was adequate. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.
