Nothing it’s in a bad location and the shuttle is a lie they don’t have one

Awesome central location in quite yet very accessible and safe Heliopolis neighborhood. Solid wifi service and 5-stars housekeeping service.

This hotel is excellent, 10/10 , we haven very good experience.

Very clean, modern building in upscale neighborhood Heliopolis. Friendly staff. Good value.

Clean, well located,good service

The room was specious enough for my husband and myself. The seating lounge worked well in welcoming our friends and family. All the staff are gentle and very helpful. Location was great. We really enjoyed our stay at Parkside and won't be the last time.

Hotel is located in modern part of Cairo close to city stars mall and restaurants. Room is clean and modern. Only complaint was the family apartment was advertised as having 2 Q and 1K bed when in fact it had 2 singles and 1 K. This was not sufficient for our family of 6. They offered us an additional room for a discounted price ($40) per night after much complaining. But this room was on a different floor and we did not feel comfortable being so far away from rest of family. WiFi is glitchy. All in all it is nice for what you pay for. Just confirm bed sizes before booking.

The room was immaculate, staff absolutely brilliant, great location

Very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
