It was a very hot day. The temperature in hotel reception area was OK but we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. It was a bit cooler if you opened the window but it was then very noisy.
The hotel was very close to the station and easy to find.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located across the street from the Hbf which was great for us.
The food court options in the Hbf were great.

Rooms are tiny, but clean. No luggage rack in room and no floor space to open so have to use the bed. One member of the hotel staff was incredibly rude during check in, older gentleman. Younger woman with him was apologetic for his behavior and kind. VERY convenient to train and tram.

Room was clean and space well utilized. Breakfast had great variety - boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, weiners, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, yogurt, waffles, variety of bread and pastries. Also had a variety of drinks. Location is fantastic and view from room was great.
