Very poop experience. On our first night we had house keeping staff walk into our room while we were sleeping. Absolutely terrifying experience. We were jet lagged and trying to sleep. It was only 10am so I really don’t even know why house keeping was going around at that time anyways and it was our first night why do they need to clean our room? They didn’t knock nor announce themselves they just walked in. I was shaking, scared and quite upset. I understand mistakes happen but when we went down to the desk we were told this was our fault and that they would talk to the staff. Not acceptable at all. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast was very good. Everything is ok about this property. The only thing i was confused- the A/C control was without degrees , limited control, hard to say what it does, because I did not hear a fan sound neither cold or hod air came from it.

Bed bugs in the room — be careful I stayed here recently and, unfortunately, discovered bed bug bites all over my body after the first night. I even brought them home in my luggage and had to disinfect everything. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience. Please be careful and check the mattresses before staying.

Great hotel for a traveller on a budget. It was easy to get to by public transit, and I felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The front staff were very helpful with suggestions.

My stay at the Ibis Berlin Kurfürstendamm was disappointing due to issues with the heating. The heater in my room was not working, making the room very cold at night. When I first reported the problem, I was told it was specific to my room and that no other rooms were available. I was given an extra blanket, but unfortunately, it was dusty. The following day, the staff acknowledged that the heating problem was actually affecting more rooms and provided a small portable heater, which only partially helped. Room cleanliness was average overall. The location is convenient, but the heating issue made the stay uncomfortable.
