There was no staff, checked in online was little confused but no problems. The areas were very busy at night, the music didn’t stop until very late. We only stayed one night before cruise so it was not too bad. I would not recommend if you staying there for a vacation.

Area close to shopping and close to the port

I will never use this place again. Bedroom not set up for 2. Mismatched old blankets. Very old towels. We booked for 2 people, only one bed set up. Only one breakfast voucher issued. Cleaning lady harassing us to pay for second parson.

Italian ladies screamed me awake in the AM. I overslept. No one on staff at check in. NO way to know how to find room keys or carry luggage up 2 flights (I had specified NO Stairs!). No nearby food that night. NO time for "free breakfast - a coffee and roll- the next day. Taxi driver could not find the place as there are two streets of the same name near one another. Thank heaven for a Canadian lady who knew how to find the keys (upstairs) eventually. Not so grateful for Japanese guests who knew no Italian or English. They kept trying to use my "private" bathroom when they had their own in their room. Mine was down a hall. aIt was NOT a pleasant stay but it was at least CLEAN.

Nice place to stay! Clean room and descent size bathroom. Good closet space.

Room was spacious, close to the cruise port & station so convinient for us. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning & price was decent. Room a little old but had everything you needed. Walls were also a bit thin, could hear your neighbours. Overall was good for what we needed.

It was walking distance from the free bus station that goes in a round about to the ports of departure for ships. The breakfast is coffee and croissant. My bed was a single bed with those cheap sponge mattresses you can get in a box. I felt the box wood. However, since I am retired military soldier. As a female I can endure 1 night of being in a building with all of it. Better than being in the woods with animals, ticks, washing in cold water in the deep freezing weather in Korea.....Remember the places in Italy 🇮🇹 or other foreign countries in the authentic world and buildings. You can pay much more and pay for a taxi you never get. Because of union riots, traffic 🙄 etc then you will have to walk 2 to 3 miles and make it in the neck of time to get on the cruise ship.....make it easy for yourself and get this place! I will do it again!!!!

The door lock was temperamental. Had difficulty getting in and getting out.
