When we first arrived daughter had bugs and worms in her room. Maintenance came to clean and stated they would spray the room.
Daughter ac vent wasn’t working so maintenance came back to replace the ac vent because the filter was the wrong size and repair the vent airflow issue.
Master bedroom had a worm crawling on the floor and the water pressure on the bathtub was extremely slow.
Toilet tissue holder was broken
Television in two of the room would not work.
Dishwasher was broken
Door knob to laundry unit closet kept falling off.
Living room furniture is very small and disconnected. Looks like children’s furniture in person but looks big and bulky on the picture shown on the website.
The bed in the master looks big and bulky but very firm.
Very disappointing.

Consistent, reliable and great customer service. We had a few lighting issues and maintenance came to fix it quickly.

We stayed at this resort two weekends in the last 8 weeks. The first time our 3 bedroom was outdated and dryer did not work. This last time great remodeled Disney decor beautiful and well equipped.

A/C units were not working , I called the front desk they couldn’t send anyone to fix it. I requested portable fans and they said they didn’t have any. The weather was so hot and humid. I had kids with me. It was terrible. Not enough towels or blankets.

Nice room! Exactly what we were looking for in a three bedroom condo. Nice having a kitchen and the option of food delivery for $14 was a godsend (link in resort wevsite). Food Delivery brought straight to the room. Front desk staff also very nice and accommodating

The hospitality was remarkable. The front desk attendants Odette and LaKetra were both so pleasant and helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our time on the property. Thank you again team for all you do.

the price for cleaning the property was 125 US dollars for each day! That is to much!
