My stay here was fantastic! The staff are very helpful! The rooms are big, clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect.

This was walking distance to lots of places and excursions but yet still quiet in the room. Also the breakfast was absolutely delicious and well-presented!

Very comfortable room and bed, next to the train station, which is very convenient.

Brilliant hotel , lovely staff. Greatly location

Good location, helpful staff, very confortable and clean rooms. very good breakfast

We had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto. The staff were amazing ,everyone was smiling, kind and genuinely willing to help. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The main downsides were the bath/shower and the bed. In the morning, while taking a shower, there were repeated waves of cold water, and the water never became truly hot — only lukewarm. Also, the bed was not very comfortable for us; it felt a bit lumpy and too soft. Overall, we had a good stay and really appreciated the excellent service, cleanliness and breakfast, but the hot water issue and the uncomfortable bed did affect the experience.

There should be more regular tables and chairs. Couches are good for lounging not to have a meal.

Enjoyed it.

Great staff, great location…

Excellent location, just foots away from the main train station and walking distance to the main square. Clean room, amenities, minibar. Good restaurant with nice ambience.
