Very convenient location. Could walk to old town Krakow and local food markets and shopping mall. Only complains were that bed frames were very squeaky and mattresses were a bit hard and thin.

Our apartment was clean, perfectly located right across the train station. Air condition worked well. We could leave our luggage at the reception after check out. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Communication about checkin was a challenge, I think this was more Expedia not allowing the hotel to contact us directly. Bed was terrible with tiny pillows. Hopefully this is fixed because location was amazing and there was a washing machine and cooking facilities in room.

For me its the ideal spot to stay in Krakow, close to a huge mall which is also part of the central railway station, gyms and local restaurants and cafes, And only a short walk to the tram to the Jewish quarter and a ten minute walk to the main square of the Old Town. This was my seccond stay at this property and I will be back!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location for Glowny station and easy walk to Old Town. Apartment was clean and well equipped if self catering. Breakfast includes at on-site restaurant/cafe, also good. Instructions for check-in/out conveyed by email. We had no issues.

Room is located a short walk from the train station but still within a manageable distance to main attractions and centre. Room was spacious with all you could want. Room had small balcony which would be lovely in warmer weather. Kitchen inside room was well equipped. Accommodation had stairs and a lift for access and it never seemed busy . there are tram and bus stops nearby. There is a cafe across the street and more eateries within the shopping mall which is attached to the train station. The area is very walkable and the location of this room was a great. Would definitely stay again.

Finding the reception is very difficult, at one point there was 12 people trying to find reception. We then found it was an appartment on level 2 at the end of a corridor. We went to our appartment that was booked for 5 people to find a double bed and a sofa bed. As apparently it was our choice to have an extra bed and not have 3 people sharing a small sofa bed we had to pay for an extra bed. When it arrived it was on wheels that did not lock, had hard wooden slats and a mattress that was so thin all you could feel was the slats. The sofa bed was hard and had dips where every cushion met. I sent a message to reception to be told that no one had complained about this and thank you for the feedback. I have since seen similar reviews. I also noticed on our last day that the duvets had lots of stains on them, not nice stains. Had I seen this before I would have had them changed. I was thankful it was when we was packing to leave. The appartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the stay, the balcony was nice although it only had 2 chairs and 1 was broken but we was only staying for a few days and weather was not warm enough at times to sit out there. I would have been disappointed had it been summer.

Apartment was perrty clean and had all required amentities (fridge, oven, cooking stove, pots and pans). The mattress was very soft. Zabka is right in the building. Bathroom was pretty spacious. The only problem was the smell coming out of the shower drain, that was something between stagtant water smell and sewage smell. Because of this it was difficult to use bathroom for a long time. However, thanks to the door the smell did not penetrate into other parts of the apartment.

Great value for money, clean apartment and only a 15 minute walk to the main square
