The Sterling was a great hotel choice for our brief Niagara Falls visit. Its location is walking distance to Clifton Hill area but far enough away to be substantially quieter. The standout was the staff - our room was upgraded, and they delivered our breakfast extra early for a 7:30 am tour. The breakfast was delicious! A few minor things might need a bit of updating but we would stay here again if we ever came back to the area.

A spacious clean premium room..steam shower was relaxing..and a very comfortable bed for a restful sleep then a great morning complimentary breakfast served right to your door at the time you request...this place is always on my stay list...

Les chambres sont très propre , hôtel biens entretenu et aussi mon côté wow c’est la steam shower . Déjeuners le matin , seule chose : le café n’était pas à mon goût . Pour le reste tout est parfait

One of the best Inns I’ve stayed in. The spa was amazing we will be back when we’re in town.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves the room was very clean and the receptionist at the front desk was exceptional thank you for a wonderful stay. 😊

Beautiful hotel. Room was grand and well maintained and very clean. We were upgraded to a larger suite as a bonus. The breakfast was good and they were even able to accommodate tree nut allergies.
