This is a nice hotel overall and a great location. However, the cleaning crew can definitely use some more training. Frequently the room was cleaned much later in the day so if your activities would be over earlier than usual you would find out your room dirty. No coffee machine so it was strange for a luxury hotel to have cheap instant coffee. The water bottle is complementary only the first day so if you stay longer then it is paid. The dirty dishes like mugs were not cleaned for two days. The room was not vacuumed. The towels had holes in them. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Sadly only one chair was provided in the room and we stayed in a family room so very strange. Very minimum place to plug your electronics. No plugs in the kid’s room at all.

Good location but I have seen more amenities in other Raddison properties

Hotel located in a very convenient part of Prague. Close to shops/bars/walk into centre and Big Red Bus routes. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Staff helpful and prompt when required. Service staff efficient but lacked engagement - could be a language issue. We had a small balcony and would have been nice if had been weeded. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. However, we had to ask them to fix our AC since it wasn't cooling and then we asked for a fan. Eventually it got solved, but one expects that there's no issue like this on a luxury hotel. Also, one time we asked for ice, they wanted to charge 7€. When we went to the front desk, they said that there would be no charge. If a lot of people go to the breakfast at once, you have to make a line outside and wait a bit and it was really overpriced. Only went twice on a week's stay.

Everything was fine. It’s a great location and the front desk staff allowed me to check in early and were very accommodating. The rooms are fine but a bit tired. It felt a bit overpriced for what it was but a safe bet.

Really clean and serviced to a high standard each day. Breakfast was faultless with fantastic choice. Easy walking distance to the old square and other attractions. Staff were nothing short of helpful and charming. Will be back, 100%

Bad location, not very helpful staff. Tried to ask for help a couple of times before I got there and no one answered nor would help me

Nice hotel in decent location. Rooms and bathrooms are very good. Lobby is small and outdated. Old Elevators are very slow and crowded. Breakfast buffet is excellent.
