A great place to stay in Prague! Would work best for tourist trips or business trips in the city centre.

Excellent location. Close to public transportation (1 minute walk to tram and 5 minute walk to subway). Located on a small and quiet street so I slept well every night. Breakfast was great. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay here again on my next visit.

We got an upgrade to a spacious suite. We stayed during the summer heat wave, the room had AC, but it didn’t feel cool enough. Opening the windows helped. No AC in common areas. The breakfast was great, room was clean, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The staff super kind and helpful. Good location, close to transportation and walking distance to several spots. I would stay here again.

Hotel was nice and clean in good location. What I was disappointed was room we had which was suite was located on first floor. As it was best room you could book I would expect it to be on higher floor with some view, as it feel bit dark and kind of like in basement even it was not in basement. Breakfast was nice, just would be nice to have better option of coffee as you could only get filter coffee. When asked for coffee machine coffee they did only espresso. I think for 4 star hotel you should have other option even for charge.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the location is simply as perfect as most of the museum and sights are less than a 20 min walk away. The tram is also about 2 min away if needed and the subway is a 5 min walk.

Air conditioning did not work in our room, the staff solution was providing fans. VERY BAD.
