Awesome hotel, right next door to James L Knight Center, it literally was a 2 minute walk in heels. Clean, nice rooms with a super comfy bed.

Friendly staff at check-in. The Miami River Walk is directly behind the property. An amazing bartender!

The check in was quick and they had a valet right next door. Room was incredibly spacious. Bed was comfortable too. Lots of good dining options within walkable distance.

The only issue I had was how the breakfast was handled. It was too crowded and not enough seating. Food was good though.

I expected more from this hotel for the price paid. My tub was not cleaned out properly and the ice bucket and refrigerator had not been cleaned. While the front desk staff was pleasant, they were slow and not very knowledgeable on the guest sign in process. Which took over 40 minutes.

Great value. Convenient location. Lobby was very nice and well designed. The room was nice and clean but smaller than expected.

Many issues. Staff didn't seem bothered. No drinking water/fountains in foyer. Learnt later on that it was in the gym on the 2nd floor. Outdoor temperature scorching and no water. However, they were happy TO SELL bottles at reception. On arrival, there was complimentary coffee in the foyer. However, no milk or cream. When I asked at reception, she said that housekeeping were too busy. I parked the car. When I came back, the coffee urn was empty. Again, she blamed housekeeping and said that they wouldn't be replenishing it. Coffee dispenser COMPLETELY REMOVED at 10pm, as this is their rules. Basically, they didn't care about supplying any form of liquid, even in the Miami heat. I've stayed at Comfort Inns many times before. This was the worst. Particularly disappointing, as I'd travelled from the UK and ESPECIALLY chose their hotel. Breakfast was the worst that we've had in a hotel. Their cooked breakfast was just egg and sausage, nothing more. We just felt uncomfortable during our stay and couldn't wait to leave.

Liked it was close to the port.

Very loud. People slamming doors all night Everything felt dirty. Couldn’t even get water . They offer coffee, hot tea and water through out the day. It was 905 asked for water for kids was told no they close at 5.
