I like the location, facilities and quiet support from staff. I would stay here again and I have already been recommending this property to friends and family.

The bathtub in my room was dirty. I think the complex should invest in sound proofing rooms. Every night I could hear the people on the floor above me moving things around, making it difficult for me to sleep and people closing their doors as they leave their rooms. Additionally, only one elevator was working which was pretty inconvenient at times.

I love the in unit laundry and roof top pool!

Nice property, quality service.

Bathroom was extremely dangerous. The tub was small. The shower curtain was in. It could be a rounded curtain that pulls away the shower. The bath was very slippery. The hallway smelled of mildew only one elevator was working and waited 10 to 15 minutes each time for an elevator.

We arrived super late into the morning of our stay and having reached our a head of time, they were super accommodating and we had a smooth and quick process checking in. We were also able to extend our stay a few hours. The rooms are spacious and there’s a lot to offer. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Check-in was incredibly convenient thanks to the self-service kiosk, and Ignacio was welcoming, kind, and helpful, making the process effortless. When I arrived at my room, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was, featuring a large kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. Throughout my stay, Francisco at the front desk consistently went above and beyond with exceptional hospitality. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. I also appreciated the security of the elevators, which require an active room key to access the garage, guest floors, lobby, and rooftop pool/lounge. At checkout, after I returned my key, Francisco noticed I was heading to the garage and thoughtfully rushed over to the elevator so I could access my car without having to ask. The rooftop pool offers an amazing view, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The ice maker didn’t work even after they sent repair man who did not speak English and didn’t understand I did what he did and it didn’t work (using app to communicate). The coffe maker didn’t work. When I texted at checkout got “sorry for inconvenience). No ice. Really?

Staff was incredible, check for minor scratches or small stains when you arrive but besides that it was fine .

The room was exactly as advertised and perfect for the price! It was in a great area with restaurants, bars, and lounges all within walking distance. The only downside is that if you have a car, it’s impossible to find free parking. If you plan on staying in the area, everything is there, so you don’t need a car. I loved my stay and will definitely be back! The price was great as well. Highly recommend!
