Room was clean , staff was helpful, breakfast was great and there was easy parking. Great location.

Nice hotel with great amenities. The AC isn’t the greatest but that could just be the heatwave.

l'hotel annonce la climatisation dans les chambres mais c'est de l'air conditionné et nous avons terrriblement souffert de la chaleur malgré l'intervention d'un membre de la reception, rien à changé . La literie est beaucoup trop molle et si vous souffrez du dos c'est une véritable torture !

Amazing location just off the motorway and surrounded by other hotels and superstores. Easy to hop on and off to get around cities nearby. Plenty parking spaces and spacious room filled with all the amenities you would need for a short stay. Kind staff.

Everything was excellent

We were extremely impressed by the hotel, everything from the helpful staff to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The shower and toiletries were excellent, plus a super comfortable bed. breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Overall I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate in using again.

I went to Belgium for the first time with my wife and kids from London. I drove all the way. Hotel staff was kind enough to offer me to park as soon I come. This allowed me.to park and go around city before our check in time. Room.was very spacious and very clean. We all had fantastic sleep. The only downside was, sofa bed made creaking noise when one moves. That should be fixed as that disturbs sleep. It didnt matter too much in the end because we were dead tired, but surely got noticed. Parking is spacious and easy. There is a tram 15 mins away which takes you to city centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful. Would recommend.

Our latest stay at the Holiday Inn Ghent was wonderful from start to finish. The moment we arrived, the staff were very helpful and welcoming which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel also offers easy parking which was very convenient for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was very cosy, giving us a great night’s sleep. We also loved the free coffee machine in the room — such a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to enjoy in the morning. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend Holiday Inn Ghent to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The underground parking was easily accessed & check-in efficient & friendly (English speaking). The room was compact but comfortable with a good sized, comfy bed. I didn't hear any noise from other guests and the room temperature was easily controlled. Good TV as well. Didn't try the pizza advertised but will be returning shortly & will do then.

Good breakfast and good parking facility. Maybe if you have one price for half a day and one price for full a day parking will be nice for the one that stay only for half a day
