Great location and fulfilled our needs for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy but had clean rooms and competent staff.

I travelled for business and this is more of a party/tourist hotel. parking garage was full - so had to use a public one

Lists laundry as amenity but doesn’t have it. Other than that comfortable and great stay!

great location, and very helpful staff

Perfect location. Fantastic Air Conditioning. Great shower. When I come back to Ghent, I'll stay here again.

First of all … the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was a handicap room as requested. However it was tired looking. Marks on the walls, peeling paper on the headboard. Small queen bed not a full. Bathroom exhaust vent full of fluff as result it whistled. Shower drain not draining properly so your feet were in a puddle. Liquid soap dispensers in the shower too high for handicap reach. The Lounge/Breakfast room. The buffet breakfast (extra cost) was okay. But after that it becomes the Lounge with a good bar offering, but extremely limited food offerings throughout the day with the same menu at night. If you want a short stay hotel with friendly staff in a great location then the Ibis is fine.

From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and breakfast plentiful. Thank you.

Great location. Excellent breakfast
