Overall we liked the location and amenities of this hotel. The food at Katsura was very good and the room service was fine. Our biggest issues was about noise. One of the nights we stayed there, they hosted this huge event right out in the lobby. The noise echoed around the whole hotel and this party actually blocked access to parts of the hotel we needed to access. This went on until after 10 pm. We understand that it was a Saturday but this was a travelers hotel and many folks, us included, had to get up early for excursions.

The Room was large However poorly maintained the TV is old and will not allow streaming. The lobby is incredibly noisy and reverbarates up the center of the hotel through the walls of every room. There was a large conference. No breakfast included everything charged at a premium. Not a good value for money.

Great location, great service. But disappointed in having sheets with lots of holes and rips, felt abit careless and dingy at a lovely establishment.

Hotel located in such a great area in the city of Auckland. The amenities were superb and clean. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a comfortable place to stay. The only thing that we did not like was the coffee and cake at the little bar in the lobby.

Love staying there! Everytime I go to Auckland I try to stay at the Grand Millennium, I have amazing memories there and the car park with internal access to the hotel is super handy and quite affordable. Always love the lobby and the cafe in the atrium, highly recommend this place to stay

Great staff. Quick check in and out. Breakfast was delicious.

Convenient location of the hotel cause its near the center and Sky City Tower. Parking amenities was a bit hard cause the space for each car is limited and and also confusing where to enter the building hotel from carpark. We have had to pay separately for parking $25 and a deposit of $50 aside from the Hotel stay fee was needed to settle during check-In. Refundable after few days from check out. My kids love the breakfast buffet and the place feels premium and an elevated stay.

Beautiful location to stay at. Walking distance to all you need. Lovely and helpful staff. Also have a nice area in the lobby to sit and eat and meet up with others. Rooms were a great size and had everything needed for the stay.

Maravilloso hotel con habitaciones amplias. Un 5 estrellas de verdad
