Nice hotel in good spot in Auckland

Unfortunately our stay was not great. I chose this hotel as it stated it had charging stations for electric vehicles. When we asked at reception where they were and how to use them the male staff member was less than helpful by simply saying it was in use. He didn’t elaborate on when it might become available so we had to go and find a charger in the city away from the hotel. The staff from the time we arrived to when we left two days later were abrupt and unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel to friends and family. Very disappointing.

Excellent stay at the Grand Millennium Hotel. The breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of food. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again.

Definitely my go too!!

Clean room

The hotel is very well maintained for its age, the majority of the staff are extremely friendly, but not helpful, the informations are a little bit confusing, depending on who you asked for, and is with a very friendly smile they will answer you, “I don’t know but you can try in a different place” I normally go straight to reception for information, but isn’t the best option here. the wifi was not working properly, ages to connect and disconnect after 5 minutes, asked for help from the room and the answer was, “can you please bring your laptop to the reception…. “ Sorry but this was very disappointing. Room service, when was done, was pretty good, I don’t know why was not done every day, and some days was done after 4pm. The pool was awesome, kids loved, breakfast is pretty good, the pancake machine is amazing.

Large rooms and huge bathroom. Great business suite for working and good location

Basic room but clean, coffee machines seemed to be served during breakfast so long lines for that.
