Room was clean. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great. Parking was super easy. 5min walk to Sky tower. 15 min walk to Viaduct.
Would definitely stay again.

Recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Auckland and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the excellent staff made me feel incredibly welcome, demonstrating true professionalism and warmth throughout my entire visit. The excellent service standard was consistent across every department, ensuring all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Additionally, the hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to access local attractions, dining, and shopping. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Auckland!

Have stayed here a lot. This is the first time we have had an issue. Bath taps seized and would not work and no hairdryer in the room. We will stay here again though. Staff were amazing

很好 The hotel was conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We did not have a car so it was nice that they were all within walking distance. The water pressure in the shower was great and the staff were very helpful. Would recommend this hotel.
Highly recommend Elliott Stables for great dinner options nearby. Casa Victoria Cafe and Eatery was an excellent breakfast option and we wish would have gone back for lunch or dinner as well.
