This hotel was very conveniently located close to the cruise port. It had a beautiful view and was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. My only complaint was that the room was very warm even though we had the ac on low. We opened the windows, though, and it was very cool after that. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.

Check-in was smooth. We got a complimentary upgrade with a spectacular view of the Baltic sea. Breakfast was top-notch. The hotel was home away from home.

Breakfast was excellent! The air conditioner in our room did not work and it was so hot. We could not get the staff to come check it out. We left the glass doors open to the outside, but that had no effect. It was hard to sleep and we were there for 6 nights. Otherwise, nice hotel with the most amazing breakfast. Decent location but not in the middle of the sights so we had to walk 20+ minutes and take Ubers. Likely not to stay again.

極佳 The staff was excellent. It was a short stay but the property is very nice and the room was clean and big and had everything you needed. Loved my stay there.

The location was fine and close to tram stops but disappointed with our stay. Rooms only cleaned every three days. Fine - but you had to ask for toilet rolls or clean towels and no emptying of the bins. Also no way to put heat on in the room.
Sunday night we arrived back and wanted a drink from the bar at 9.25 pm only to be told that the bar is shut - never experienced that in a hotel.
Hotel management just replied - thank you for your feedback !!

The breakfast was amazing! The location was close to the city center and walkable. The tram station was right in front of the hotel. The room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and and very willing to help.
