The hotel overall is ok. Great location. Walking distance everywhere. The shower is a disaster. It gets wet everywhere. It has a like a swing door with no base. It’s terrible. The whole bathroom flooded and splashed all over everyday. Very uncomfortable. Rest is ok.

No AC, room got real warm. Staff gave us a table fan that helped some. Unable to keep the windows open due to loud noises from the street. The building next to the hotel has a nightclub on the top floor, Fri and Sat nights until 4 am! Needed to buy earplugs but still heard the base.

The mini fridge in the room is “cool” at best. You cannot keep food in it since it’s not actually a refrigerator.

Clean, quiet, great breakfast. Conveniently located attached to a mall and many options of dining and things to do within walking distance. The only uber I took during this stay was from the airport

極佳獨自入住
The go-to hotel for my annual trip to Helsinki for Tuska Festival. Comfortable and very convenient access via the lift to the metro station at Kamppi. Also discovered it was possible to rent a kettle for my standard room so I was able to use the stash of teabags I brought with me :-). I'll be back next year!

Hotel was very close to the train station which was convenient and tram station stop directly outside the front of the hotel which is good for getting around during the day.....not so good if you are trying to sleep. It was very warm in the room so had to sleep with window open until the noise either from drunks out or trams noise became too much. Sauna was available on lower lever but only at certain times, only found this out from reviews online not from staff. It's very close to the bus station which is good as lots of shops and supermarkets but be warned we were followed a few times so keep you valuables close keep your eyes peeled. The area around the hotel didn't feel safe at times I'm afraid to say.
