We weren’t sure what to expect, but, we definitely were not disappointed with our stay. We actually canceled our reservation at a different hotel so that we could stay here again. The rooms and facilities were clean and included everything we needed.

At first glance this hotel seems like it will be a fun experience, but no.
-There is only one elevator for the whole hotel, so it can take about 10mins or more to get to your floor or the front desk.
-There is no seat coverings for the toilets, so its a hot bed for getting sick.
-The fans in your capsule are a joke. You will roast.
-Staff members coughing into their hands, as they lay out breakfast.
-No fresh linens unless you pay. Nasty.
-No staff after 1am. When someone's card key didn't work, they were left outside all night, till another traveler arrived.
-The staff is just not helpful. The bare minimum is done.
-So many coughing and sick people, again a hotbed for illness for travelers in such a small space.
I will never stay again.

Capsule hotel, but you get a lot. Great location. Facilites are clean. Staff is helpful. Good vibe. If you just need a good safe place to rest your head during your stay, and revealing solo, this is a good option.
