Excellent

Good staff and rooms where nice and cold

Staff is very nice and helpful with requests. Location is not bad, reasonable distance from food and the station, but it is definitely harder when you have more/heavier luggage. I personally think the washroom is a little small and doesn't have much space to put stuff but that is ok.

Older hotel, a little shabby. Had two stays in two separate rooms. Window opened in one room, didn’t in the other. Provided pajamas in one room, a bathrobe in the other. Staff wasn’t all that knowledgeable about basic needs of foreign guests, e.g. Where is the closest international atm. Location is very good. Restaurants & convenience stores in walking distance.

First and foremost, the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great area, quiet but walking distance to shibuya center. There are a few cute restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area with a local feel. However the hotel is dated and has a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in all the rooms. Granted, I mistakenly booked a smoking room, and on my third night the staff was kind enough to move me to non smoking room but the pungent cigarette smell was still there. I got physically ill, and couldn’t breathe properly or sleep comfortably. So if you don’t mind cigarette smoke smell the hotel is fine, otherwise I’d stay elsewhere.

Fairly basic but great lication

Hotel with perfect location in Shibuya. Staff was always attentive. They give you the option to choose between japanese or western style breakfast .

Amazing hotel for my first trip solo to Tokyo…would stay again
