Property is very pretty, very quiet and great location. Not as fancy as some places to stay but for the price great experience

Nice clean rooms! Enjoyed the pool time! Will be back!

We stopped in for a night here, on our way to Florida. The hotel staff were very friendly, the grounds were pretty well kept, and clean. Rooms were cute and modern. Only complaint is the a/c in room 132 didn’t get very cold. It was slightly warm. Other than that wonderful stay close to a lot of food and attractions.

This hotel was not clean. There was a huge gap in the under the front door which could allow bugs or rodents into the room. I even have a picture. The room overall just did not seem clean. I will NOT be staying there again.

We just love this property. Convenient and safe. Love the pool and hot tub! Such a cool place. Can’t beat the price and we always just park on the street next to the hotel for free- never had any issues!

Very chill vibe safe and friendly staff

We stayed here in December of 2025, also. Love the hotel. Our air conditioner was not working properly so they moved us to a room we had actually requested! Troylynn, front desk, was a sweetheart! The streetcar and RTA buses stop right in front of the hotel. Beautiful pool! It was just so hot being in July. Mr Ed's Oyster Bar and Fish House connected to the hotel has awesome food and great bartenders. I call this hotel our hidden gem. The price is excellent. You just can't pull directly in front of the building you're staying in. But they do have luggage carts and it's a short walk.And it's $25 per night to park. But still an awesome place to stay!

Quaint property on the edge of the Garden District (walkable if you make a right out of the property but not the left). The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I also enjoyed the cats that roam the property. Our service (although cordial) was slow at both check in and check out. The property itself has not been maintained very well. The photos on line do not match what it looks like in person. Overall, I was underwhelmed.

Rooms 215 & 216. Had soap scum on shower wall. A ball of hair on the side of the tub. I had to fix the toilet because the chain came off the plunger. Ice machine by our rooms didnt work. Room 215 a.c. was set on 72 degrees and froze the room but sounded like a plane landing on the roof. Room 216 a.c. was kept on 66 degrees and the room was either hot or cold (not happy medium). Beautiful courtyard but looked like the groundskeeper blew all the leave and trash in one pile and left for the day. The breakfast was like any other hotel except the juices were warm. Milk had to be asked for. One website says breakfast is included but when checking in, was told it was $14.99 per person (kids free). I advised that websites said it was free and was told yes, it is free for guests. I was not impressed at all and will be looking for a different hotel when visiting New Orleans again.
