The place was amazing. The staff was incredible, everyone was super nice and helpful.
Valet parking was a plus. We pulled up to check in we were approached by the valet and a porter to take our luggage inside and waited until we checked in to take our luggage to our rooms.
That being said please tip the valet and the porter.
I give our stay a 5 out of 5

Very friendly staff and it's also pet friendly. However they take a facility fee out of your deposit. Convenient location for convention center and Harris casino.
