Staff was lovely! They were helpful in finding transportation for us. They made it easy to get to the airport. While it was a tad expensive. We like the location and it was easy walking to get to the main attractions.

Our room was too small. It was not very clean either. The hotel staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was lovely. It was nice but the location to St. Mark’s square was not convenient.

This was a wonderful hotel, friendly staff, breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay here again if I am in Venice. Close amenities especially water ferries.

First time visit to Venice. Hotel arranged for our airport pickup, water taxi to the hotel and return. They also recommended tours to take, booked it and made dinner reservations from their recommendations. Amazing service! The location was easy to walk to other sight seeing areas. Most definitely would stay here again

Beautiful hotel and very conveniently situated. Very Clean. Our room was next to breakfast area and I would suggest that the staff preparing breakfast perhaps be a little quieter as you can hear some noise in the morning- only from the staff not the guests. The breakfast was excellent and they made the coffee and eggs etc fresh. We found it easy to get to from train station using the vaporetto and also were able to walk to Piazza Roma during the bus/train strike to get a taxi out to Mestre.

The room was great! The courtyard and breakfast amazing and location could not be beat!

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of food and they had gluten and dairy free options for me. Grabbed a gondola ride right outside the hotel. Not too far to walk to St Mark's, etc.

Take the water bus to S.Toma and then go straight down the path first left and then right and you will find the hotel sitting at the side of the canal. The sign isn’t too obvious but once inside the entrance is beautiful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We were in room 111 which is on the first floor and through an imposing room with mirrors and a fantastic table with fancy chairs. The outlook from the room is a brick wall but the room is very impressive with a chandelier over the bed(stunning) only complaint would be that the room was quite hot (we went in April) but opening the window helped to cool it down. Breakfast was freshly made daily with lots to choose from like toast, bacon, eggs, croissants, ham, cheese, yoghurts and fruit. Something for everyone to enjoy and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be going back. Thank you!
