Great location , friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay again

The property including the room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent and well priced!

Excellent service with front desk staff and baggage concierge. Greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. Room was very spacious and clean. Large bathroom and comfortable bedding made the stay even more enjoyable. AC was great and cooled the room for sleeping. Breakfast was very tasty and many options. Best hotel stay I have had in many years.

The hotel breakfast featured gluten free options that allowed our family to have a quick breakfast. The server was extremely helpful.

Absolutely incredible experience! The staff were fantastic, kind and helpful. If you need anything they make it happen with a smile on their face. The Hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Thank you to the entire crew of the Hotel, you made our family vacation in Italy truly special🇮🇹

This hotel is a not-so-hidden gem. From the bar staff, to front desk, every single person at this hotel treated my wife and I with the utmost respect, kindness, and helpfulness! From the moment we arrived, every single person at our hotel made sure that our experience on our honeymoon was unforgettable. The bar staff made sure that each drink was delicious. The front desk was attentive to the point where we were not only on a first name basis, but they also helped us refine our trip to exactly what we were interested in! We are so thankful that this hotel was on our itinerary, and we WILL be staying here will our family when we return to Venice! Bravisimi !

Excellent location, rooms are quite small though, especially if you have luggage. Comfortable though. My only complaint is no coffee in the room and if you want a cup it will cost you 3 Euros!!

Great hotel
