The location is good & very convenient. Unfortunately our room smelled like terrible mildew/mold and the hallway smelled like disgusting body odor. The staff were friendly and did give us an air purifier to help with the smell. It helped but wasn't pleasant. There is a spa functioning on the first floor and I did get a masaage which i enjoyed. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend.

Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Very clean room and abundant towels. It is very near to tourists spots.

Very conveniently located in Gion near Hanamikoji street, has access to washing machines and dryers, and has luggage storage.

This hotel is a gem! Excellent value for the money! We were very well located, close to everything including the metro. Room could have been more updated but we were not in the room that much!
