Sarah at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we had the right bed for a father a daughter vacation.

Excelente ubicacion, muy buena habitacion, desayuno y servicio

The room was clean and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. However, when we arrived our beds didn’t have any sheets on them. After a quick call to reception the issue was resolved immediately, which we appreciated. As check-in was from 3:00 pm and we didn’t arrive until around 6:00 pm it was a little disappointing that the room hadn’t been fully prepared before our arrival.

Disappointed. This is nowhere close to a five star hotel. Cramped rooms. Run down. Some staff were rude

Great location with a short walk from both the Grand Place, which is the heart of Brussels and from Brussels Central station. The hotel has a classy appearance and the lobby and communal facilities are impressive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, room and bed were comfortable.

Excellent facility, great staff. Restaurant: poor service, food quality poor and expensive. Hotel should improve the restaurant, or not take claim of it.

Everything great, great location and staff. Only bad thing was the bed.

We loved every part of this stay. Location! Service! Quality! It all was 5 star!

Il est très bien situé, près de la gare, près de la Grande Place. Personnel très gentil. La chambre très propre. Je le conseille vivement. Tout a été parfait lors de notre séjour.

Good location for the central station. 24 hour reception which helps when dBahn don't get you there until 1:30am. Allowed us a late checkout but only by 1 hr. Room a little dated but quite comfortable.
