Air conditioning was noisy when on overnight

Perfect location for our needs

Clean, easy access and friendly staff. However gate at back of property to exit car park didn’t work.

Staff, facilities, parking bay were very good. Helpful with any questions and high standards ongoing with all staff. Many thanks 👍 with the upgrade. A pleasant surprise.

Very helpful, considering we had a mix up on dates, our fault not theirs, good location, handy, clean, and a lot quieter than I expected. Thanks again

There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space

Good room, tidy, small kitchen with microwave, great location, restaurants and shopping in walking distance, on main road so could hear traffic

Spacious room, quiet area with everything you need in close proximity. Staff are friendly and you are on the cbd doorstep

The rooms were spotless with good facilities available. Great location and easy to get to. Very handy also being able to park at the door. I did find the beds atrocious. Felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. Absolutely no support and were old. Unfortunately we won't stay here again due to this. If they are replaced then would be happy to.
