This apartment the 307,... Was much better, more utensils in the kitchen. Oven is just great. The laundry and dryer..works very well,... The kitchen floor needs attention..bit sticky...not at the standards of Franklin apartments.. Some of the Complimentary Coffee,..and tea , was quite empty..see Photo.. Very quiet great place to rest.

It was a clean room. Close to everything. The outside noise was really loud and we checked in late and reception had forgotten to give us a car park fob.

Very central and close to shops. Parking limited and a bit tight to squeeze. Rooms were very clean and the apartment had everything needed for our stay. We had a lovely time.

Its location is great, near everything. However the building is very old. We stayed in 2BRs apartment, the living area is big, but bedrooms r small, n both don't have windows. We booked this hotel due to it has on-site parking so it's more secure parking, but the car park is very small and steep. We also chose this apartment as it has washing machine and dryer, so it's very convenient. The reception closed at 5pm (even though it said 7pm) so if you come after that should let them know in advance. The staff who checked us out is quite friendly. We also concern about cleanliness as there are stain on pillow and bath towels

Right in centre of Adelaide. Old style property. Despite this, I appreciated the space of the apartment. It was also cheaper than most. Probably you wouldn’t go there for romantic weekend away, but - as it was just me - I liked it

Clean room. Friendly staff. Secure lodgings. Good location, close to food, shopping, transport.

Very incomplete apartment, pots and pans with no lead,.. not two plates are the same.. I stayed in different apartments,... This one needs more love.....
