Comfortable hotel. Good location with easy access to Rotterdam. Didn't get a chance to explore local area, but there is a nice lake nearby for walks etc. Would stay again.

Location is good, they do provide paid parking and very convenience to us to driving around Rotterdam, Staffs are nice and professional. Room is good, but our room has no chair and no fridge.

The rooms were well equipped, clean and well presented. The air-conditioning worked well. There was a bit of a funny smell in the room which I think comes from the fact you can't open the windows so no fresh air can get in. Breakfast was fantastic and the kids loved it. It was a good hotel and we'd stay there again.

Breakfast was expensive. Children were free accompanied by adults.
Discount for OAPs would be nice

Good hotel, but it always strikes me as odd that there is no desk in the room in a more business oriented hotel.

I kiled the little sales kiosk in reception for toiletries, snacks etc, convenient and easy to use, with a self check out
