$500 for a 160sq ft room is an overkill IMO. Has no proper amenities, no pool, breakfast not included in that price, no views. Not sure what's the high prices about for all the hotels in Rotterdam! Saving grace was the location as everything was walking distance.

Absolutely perfect. Big room, big comfortable bed, best facilities, great shower with amazing products. Lovely staff. Very good value for money. My highest recommendations.

Simply change my hotel to another because they were overbooked. Not given option for me to cancel the booking and choose my own. They charged my card and refuce to refund because they found me a motel!!

The rooms are clean and compfortable. The gym is A+. I would say the main issue is the staff is a bit meh and the chairs in the main area are very uncomfotable. The hotel values form over function in the main shared area which is shiek but not best if your goal is laptop grinding. If you are traveling for work and don't care about having a gym, I think Hoteel M is superior for business travel.

I thought the room was really nice. It was smaller than expected but it worked for me. It was in a great location too, close to a lot of places I wanted to walk around too. The staff was very helpful and pleasant as well.
