The staff are very friendly and helpful at this hotel. The hotel itself is quite rundown and in need of refurbishment.
In terms of location, it is well situated for both new town and old town, near to a mall which has a supermarket with a good range of products.
I would not stay at this hotel again, until it had been updated.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast delivered to our room (extra charge) in the morning was delicious and bountiful and the accommodations were comfortable and spacious. We stayed two separate nights, in two different rooms, and were very satisfied. Thank you for a great experience in Marrakech!

This hotel is aging and the room was showing a little wear. The electric heater struggled a little to get the room up to temp.
The cleaning staff is excellent and energetic. My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The room was dark and quiet and I slept well. The staff did not disturb me and let me sleep in.
The wi-fi needs to be better. It was not sufficient for work. E
