Overall, a fantastic hotel.
Good location, 10 mins from the airport and close to the main areas of Marrakech. Easy to get taxis and close to a decent shopping mall.
The hotel itself is massive, with several good swimming pools and restaurants. Service around the pool was slow at times, but generally ok.
The room was of a good size and comfortable. The only thing I would want to improve is that I found the pillows to be very soft and uncomfortable. Also, the view from the rooms isn't great, but it didn't affect our stay.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. However, there are no perks for a Hotels.com gold member!

Except for a rocky first day, our stay was fantastic. Food was great. The staff could not be nicer.
We loved it and will be back God willing.

This was our second stay in this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. From check-in till check-out the stay was very nice. A special thanks to Meryem from housekeeping, and Meryem from the restaurant. They did their very best to make us and the kids feel at home. And a special thanks to Mohammed and his friends at the breakfast. The guys are very helpful and respectful. See you next time

Excellent location next to Palais de Congres. Restaurants onsite were excellent but no real options within walking distance if you’d like to eat out. Taxi to Guliez is reasonable and numerous, and there’s lots of options there. Likewise to Jemaa el-Fna square and other tourist sites. 10min to MAK airport

Lovely hotel. We were offered a free upgrade to the penthouse. Staff were friendly and service was great. Heated pool.

I was insulted by the pool staff. The supervisor was unapologetic. I raised this with front desk management and I was offered an apology. I am extremely disappointed and flabbergasted with the action of one particular accor hotel staff and his supervisor. Unfortunately I did not get their names but I did raise this with hotel management. There was no indication that they addressed the issue
