This place is so beautiful! So many options for pools/spas. The trails through the property and views are stunning. We loved our time here! Only negative is the room noise. We stayed on the ground level and the noise of the room above us was terrible. Just walking on the floors or moving around the furniture was very loud. Otherwise it was an amazing time!

Had a great experience with my family. The price was reasonable includes breakfast. The resort is conveniently located with helpful staff and great amenities. The shuttles were prompt. The hot springs were well maintained, the same with pools. We booked a zipline tour offered by the resort and we had lots of fun. I highly recommend.

It is a very nice property. The pools were excellent. The location is perfect. The rooms were large and comfortable. The hike to the viewpoint had amazing views.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. Food and drinks were good. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pools were amazing. I loved the different temperatures. The trails were lovely (finally saw my favourite type of frogs). The shuttle bus to take us to and from our rooms was extremely helpful.

很好 The day passes make the pool area more packed than we would have liked. My kids loved the water slides but the constant deep bass music from the bar was a bit much for us. Staff were friendly and our room was nice and big.

極佳 What a BEAUTIFUL resort! The hot springs were AMAZING! We were so close to the volcano with amazing views, an onsite hike to the viewpoint and it was nice to have the shuttle to help get around the resort! Downtown La fortuna was less than 10 minutes away. The rooms were so spacious! If you don’t have kids, you will have an amazing time! If you do have kids, you and the kids will have an amazing time! The water slides were so fun! Even in the rainy season, we had a great time! We enjoyed the hot springs even in the rain!
10/10 recommend this resort!

極佳 Staff were very friendly, pools and food were great, property is very well maintained, excellent location. And the adjacent Los Cañones zipline was an amazing experience. Pura Vida!
