Solo traveler and loved this hidden gem. Everything was very clean and the staff were really nice. I got my clothes dry cleaned quickly and enjoyed the breakfast.

Internet was good not super fast.

Very well located, nice area.I would stay in this Hotel again!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. However, accessing the hotel from the street can be tricky: you have to go up a few steps while holding the glass door open so it doesn't close on you, which is quite awkward if you are carrying more than two bags. Additionally, the elevators are very small and cramped, and the room furniture could use an update. Other than that, everything was fine

I wish they had foldable luggage racks to use.

The breakfast was expensive for what was offered.

Good location for us. A bit noisy, but you are in a big city. Enjoyed the neighborhood immensely.

Fue una decepción hospedarnos en este lugar. La habitación que nos dieron tenía un ruido que no nos dejó dormir, llamamos como a las 3 de la mañana ya hartas del ruido y nos dijeron que seguramente era del elevador porque estábamos cerca de el, y no nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación a pesar de que cuando reservamos decía que había 7 cuartos disponibles. Dijo que dejaría una nota para los de recepción a ver qué podían hacer por la mañana. Cuando despertamos fuimos a hacer el check out y les informamos de lo sucedido y no hicieron nada al respecto. Les pedimos algún tipo de compensación y dijeron que mandáramos un Mail. Reservamos ese hotel porque estaba bien ubicado y se veía bien en las fotos, realmente necesitábamos descansar, y no pudimos.

Room and bathroom were a good size. Good to have a gym on site. Towels included as well as shower products. Windows and balcony good additions.

Continental breakfast is fine, nothing special about it. Check in was good. We got room 214, this room is fine, clean, facing the street. The building is older, so the heating is is wall mounted, it worked well to keep the warm room. We left the room late on a few days, the cleaning ladies had already moved on to another floor, by the time we came back into the room at night, the room was cleaned, its nice that they came back after at some point. That is all the nice things i have to say. The building is older, but it shouldn't be in a state that i can hear my neighbors beside me and above me. Above, it sounds like they are dancing with high heels on. To the side, we could hear the tv being on, but i know the sound wasn't that loud because i could hear my neighbor snoring as if he was in the room. The toilets make noise since others are using it on the levels above, closing the washroom door dealt with that. The shower door couldnt keep the the water in the shower, so it would spill out on to the floor. We just needed towels on the floor to not flood the place. For a 3 star, its fine, my issue is that we had 3 nights in a row that we woke up in the middle of the night because of the thin walls and the sound traveling. I do like that the cleaning ladies came back after we had left and made the beds despite not asking for it, most places dont go back to clean.
