Helpful and understanding for our very short stay. When we got hung up at the consulate and needed our room for an extra 40 minutes there were really no questions, they just made it work and excellent about it.

Very disappointing stay.
The bathroom design caused water to leak onto the room carpet, there were large flies in the room, and housekeeping threw away my personal receipts left on the desk.
The worst experience was being trapped alone in an elevator. The door malfunctioned, and when I pressed the emergency call button, nobody answered for several minutes. I had to contact my son to call the front desk for help. It was a frightening experience and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
I expected much better from a Westin and Marriott property.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Westin Grand in Frankfurt. The property was very modern and in a great location with access to the Old Town/River, restaurants, and shopping. The access to Public Transportation and the airport was great. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and spacious-great open shower. Highly recommended!
