Excellent staff, neighborhood was sketchy, looks rough on outside but was modern and clean on the inside.

The Hotels.com description of our room was flat out incorrect. We chose the room specifically because it described the room as having a separate sleeping area (queen bed) and queen sofa bed. As we were travelling with her 7 year old son, this directly affected our decision to book. What we got did not allow us the privacy we specifically looked for.
The bathroom had loose and missing fittings.
Definitely NOT a "superior" room.
Staff were welcoming though, and very kind.

Good size super clean & quiet room.
Lift was useful.
Also.
a sizable bathroom with shower over the bath.
Bar area felt like sitting in a dentist waiting room so we didn't go there.
Not far for the underground so great for cutting around town.
