不錯 The property was clean but the communication for the checkin process were not clear and I believe it was a hotel expecting drop mu luggage and continue. I had long chat conversation to get the instructions for check in. The heater provided was not enough for those chilly days.

Very nice room - good location. The check in instructions could be written with clearer information on how to access the apartment. The room had no means of cooling down.

The rooms are amazing - we had garden ones which were a bit more private

Really nice studio apartment in the heart of Vienna. Great for business or private travel - especially during COVID given the spacious room.
