Unfriendly at rooftop bar

De façon générale, très bien.

Not clean for a 4star hotel

We checked into the hotel and found carpet hadn’t been vacuumed properly. There were pills left and napkins from previous guests on the carpet along with hair scrunchie. We also had problems with getting into our rooms. The key card kept needing to be replaced. One night, the night staff took 25mins to let us into our room as he was having difficulties with setting up the card. Overall, the location is great, the roof top bar was nice and the restaurant Le Burger next to the Hotel had great burgers.

The room was not clean, and no tissues were provided. Despite my requests, I never received a second room key or the ice I had asked for. The staff was also impolite and unhelpful. Overall, the service and housekeeping fell well below expectations.

Room was filthy and dirty

La verdad lo que yo pagué, lo que me ofrecieron del Hotel no respetaron, me mandaron a otra ubicación enfrente de ellos otro Hotel que ellos tenían no es lo que pagué por la fotografías que me ofrecieron el Hotel, sino que elevador, no trabajó varias veces cuando yo estaba en un piso número siete, siendo una persona incapacitada para caminar tantos escalones. La Limpieza no estuve dando los servicios para el cuarto la ubicación fue muy buena no puedo decir que no cerca de Central CD. para moverme y ver todo cercas. En esa parte no puedo decir nada. Un excelente ubicación no no me esperé. Lo único es que no respetaron lo que yo pagué, sino que ellos me dieron lo que ellos tenía porque estaban ocupados en su hotel totalmente lleno y me pasaron a otro hotel enfrente de ellos. Eso falta de ética que te ofrezcan algo y te den otra cosa por lo que tú pagaste cómo les comento ubicación muy buena muy buena vista pero los servicios del cuarto no están en buenas condiciones y el aire acondicionado no trabajaba. Por favor pon atención más por lo que están ofreciendo a los clientes en el futuro. Gracias .

This is an excellent property, my second time staying here. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and a gorgeous rooftop bar. Would highly recommend

Clean room nice staff

Beware of this hotel. Don't be fooled by positive reviews. I stayed in this hotel in 2024 for several months when the hotel was under a previous owner and different management. That experience was amazing so I came back with my family (including my infant child). This time I found the hotel ownership and management had changed and they were horrible and liars. I was lied to about no availability of rooms when I wanted to extend my stay yet I could easily do it online. During several weeks, we changed our room 3 times as the first room's air conditioning did not work! So I booked a large suite. The room was nice so I extended my stay again. I booked an extension on Expedia and got a confirmed booking. Suddenly, the front desk called saying their management said there was a system glitch and they are overbooked so they canceled my Expedia booking! However, this was a lie because on Expedia, the same room was still available! I confronted the manager as to why they canceled my confirmed booking and why they are asking my family (with a young infant) to leave. He admitted the real reason is their senior management could not meet our housekeeping needs. These needs were literally asking for 4 towels (for a family of 3 especially given we have a young child) and changing the bed linen, which is bare minimum! Housekeeping staff was very rude, lazy and did not clean properly. They would not vacuum until I told them! I travel a lot and never had such a horrific experience. Stay away!
