We were just okay with it. Certainly needs some maintenance done more often. Very jaded. Lovely to have our room serviced. Clean towels etc.Was not expecting that.
Location quite good. No lake view which was disappointing. Price was realistic.

I was first given to a room that was dark and damp with a view of the road. I asked to be moved a room with some sort of view other than the road since ad said mountain view the person at reception was not happy about this and argued that that was the room i booked and what did i expect being a studio. she finally gave another room, which i appreciated as it was more light and you could see the lake a little. the room was dirty, there was hair on the floor, bathrooms had mold around the taps etc. there was a dirty washcloth just refolded and popped back on sink. i did not have a chance to view the pool so cannot comment on gthat. i would not stay here again.

Quick one night stay while passing through Taupo, great amenities, staff were really friendly. Loved our stay and will definitely return for a getaway.

Beautiful location just steps away from the lakefront. The room was a bit dated but very clean; the bed was comfortable and the heat pump worked really well. Friendly staff and great to allow our dog to stay with us.

Staff were great, helpful. We loved the proximity to the lake and enjoyed a walk and cycle along the lake front and to Huka Falls.
The rooms are in need of some up dating.

Great location and staff. Happy about almost everything except I can smell some odor from either the carpet or the bedding. The smell of it like some heavy hikers socks

The property was clean and beautiful. The front desk staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The only thing we missed was a lake view. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Loved the spa pool
