This was a great hotel! At one point there was only one elevator working but overall great rooms great location! I will return.

I didn’t like that the hotel immediately tried to charge a smoking fee off the strength of seeing it in a bag . NYC is a legal state and I advised them to check there cameras to see how often I went outside to smoke . The lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t want me to speak to a manager .

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was very close to Broadway theatres without needing to cross through Times Square crowds. As for the hotel, it was recently redone and the room was great. The biggest issue I had was inconsistent wifi and television. It frequently would go in and out, and since the TV seemed to be using wifi, it would freeze each time. In general, the staff was very nice and helpful, housekeeping did a great job, and the location was wonderful.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around.
The main downside was the room size. We booked a double queen room for a family of four, and it felt quite cramped with our luggage. Also, the mandatory destination fee didn’t provide any value for us, as we didn’t use or benefit from the included perks. It would have been better if it were optional.
Despite those drawbacks, the cleanliness and excellent service made for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at Row NYC. The newly renovated hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding and so helpful even when we had trouble with our reservation (which was Hotels.com's fault and not Row NYC). Breakfast was quick and tasty and the bar served excellent drinks. Had the FIFA matches playing on the big screen which was a big hit. Would definitely stay there again!
